Executive Sales Director
The director has responsibility for selling KidsWrite products and services to schools, school districts, after school programs, centers, as other related entities. After completing the short and targeted training provided by KidsWrite, the Sales Director is expected to plan, execute and close sales in his/her territory in a consultative manner adding educational value to the end customer. In so doing, an account executive may: tap into their current network, make cold calls, hold in-person meetings, attend conferences, and respond to detailed questions.
The ideal candidate for this position has:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- A passion for education and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to identify and execute marketing strategies
- Contacts or relationships with administrators and/or curriculum & instruction staff
- Previous K-12 educational sales experience a plus

Program Director
We are seeking a dynamic Program Director to implement and manage school-based programs and services. Applicants should possess strong organizational, managerial, and interpersonal skills.
The person who fills this position will be responsible for:
- Managing on-going projects and supervising a team of on-site program instructors
- Visiting schools to assess the progress and effectiveness of on-site programs to ensure high quality of service
- Developing and overseeing successful launches of school-based projects
- Evaluating educational tools and concepts to improve our educational services
- Delivering course instruction in schools and centers that require a higher caliber instructor
- Assisting with the hiring and training of our on-site instructors
- Serving as a resource for sales, marketing, and pre-press departments on education endeavors
Minimum Requirements: Masters Degree in Education, 5 years experience in Comprehensive Literacy Curriculum, and Integrated Curriculum programs.

Junior Graphic & Pre-Press Specialist
The KidsWrite team is in need of a freelance graphic designer and pre-press specialist to assist in the following areas:
- Print and web design for corporate identity
- Traditional and digital illustration
- Pre-flight of files, produced layouts for digital press
- Troubleshooting of text and image quality in various formats
- Adjusting of trapping and color
- Basic color retouching and image scanning
- Typeset and basic graphics for various projects
Additional qualities that the ideal candidate would possess:
- Experience working in a publishing environment
- An impressive portfolio of self-produced artistic works
- Advanced knowledge of both PC and Mac OS platforms
